We will work to get you the maximum value for used vehicles in your fleet that are in need of replacement, advising you of the correct time to dispose of the vehicle (based on mileage, condition, market demand etc.). Our network not only gives us the ability to re-market your used vehicles in a competitive bid setting, but also provides expert auto reconditioning to get your vehicles looking their best prior to sale.

Fleet Maintenance Management Program

Uniquest FLEET contracts with Network, a LeasePLAN Company to provide your drivers with coverage at thousands of repair locations nationwide. We handle calls from your drivers based on the guidelines you establish and work to reduce unnecessary service and overpricing. We confirm warranty coverage, which helps reduce maintenance costs as well. Each month, all your maintenance and repair invoices are consolidated onto one comprehensive billing statement. Through customized reports, we analyze the service history of your fleet and make recommendations when necessary.

Fuel Expense Management

For customers that elect to use our preferred fleet fuel program, we also analyze their fuel expense management reports for them, paying close attention to exception reports and suggest fuel policy changes to the customer that will reduce their overall fleet fuel costs, often dramatically.

Registrations & Property Taxes

Among the most labor intensive, time consuming and frustrating responsibilities of a fleet manager is registering and renewing registrations across the country. Uniquest contracts with ABS National Auto Services’ experienced administrative personnel relieving the customer of these headaches, making sure each vehicle is registered properly and all fees and taxes are paid on time. Uniquest will pay these fees up front and provide you with one convenient consolidated bill.

Unlike most leasing companies in Texas, Uniquest is a Lessor and not just a broker. This means Uniquest takes a special interest in the structure of each individual transaction and in the management of each relationship.

Dr. Sandra Thompson, the President of Uniquest International, has been involved in the leasing industry over the past 10 years. With advanced degrees in Counseling and Psychology, she started Uniquest International, Inc. in 1993 to provide counseling services, translation services, and business services between the US and Honduras. Over the past five years, she has guided Uniquest through the process of developing a data management, business process, CRM software that is currently being used through an ASP model by leasing companies. Her work with leasing companies led her to enter the direct leasing business specializing in providing fleet management solutions to small and medium size businesses. In addition, she is the President of Special Missions Foundation (www.specialmissions.org) an international non-profit organization that supports programs to improve education, healthcare, and living conditions for people in developing countries.
